Excellence isn't achieved alone. It grows through relationships: teachers investing in students, classmates encouraging one another, coaches building character and teams, and parents partnering with the school in the growth of their children. I’ve also seen how this Community values coming together—at games, for performances, in classrooms, on the sidelines, through celebrations and service, and in the everyday moments that make our school feel like home.

Recently, we welcomed several new faculty and staff. I created an acrostic for them. I think it applies to us all.

I often think back to a trip I took to Italy a few years ago. One of my favorite places was Florence. Renowned for its architecture and art, the city was shaped by the genius of Michelangelo.
